HARDFOR group of companies organized the delivery of an architectural model of an elite hotel in miniature from Dubai (UAE) to Moscow for the purpose of providing a series of presentation shows.
The model was imported for six calendar months within scope of the previously received ATA carnet. Air delivery and assistance in customs clearance were carried out by the logistics company STELS A by order of the Arab customer.
The period during which the model was located in Russia occurred at the height of the pandemic, and therefore attendance at presentation events was extremely limited. As a result, it was necessary to extend the period of temporary import according to an application drawn up by HARDFOR and submitted by the exhibitor to Domodedovo customs.
At the end of the temporary important period, the model was sent back to Dubai. GORADAR Impulse and GORADAR Balance labels, produced by HARDFOR, were attached to the cargo due to its fragility and special handling requirements during transportation.
